David Cameron

David Cameron is a highly regarded industry facilitator, supported by an extensive corporate network and a career spanning more than 40 years.
He began his career in carpentry and shopfitting with a national retail group before transitioning into the industrial sector during the emergence of concrete tilt-up construction. David later spent over two decades with one of Australia’s largest private property developers, before establishing CTFD Group Pty Ltd, where he has served as Managing Director for the past 22 years.
As Managing Director, David oversees the day-to-day operations of CTFD Group, and CTFD Group Property , ensuring the right teams are assembled to deliver quality outcomes and strong client satisfaction. His hands-on experience enables him to provide practical, innovative solutions across complex projects, and or sales and leasing.
CTFD Group Property delivers tailored solutions across land acquisition, Sales & leasing , CTFD Group Pty Ltd specialisers in design and construction, along with our expertise in Transport related projects , such as rail intermodal developments. With deep expertise in large-scale industrial and commercial projects and now the added CTFD Group Property Arm , the group is well positioned to deliver all property outcomes Residential /Commercial/ Industrial from concept to completion.
