CTFD Group Pty Ltd were engaged by Visy to deliver their in-house designed gas steam headers that supply the steam to power the Visy Smithfield plant. The design by Visy of the facility required detail engineering and civil works to deliver out-of-ground requirements. This included all civil works, all concrete footings and foundations, base slabs and internal drainage requirements, along with holding down bolts for a 60 metre chimney and factory floor to meet point loads of in excess of 600 tonnes.
